Although she is the mother of just Mac, Maizey and Riley, 31-year-old Lucy is the caretaker of the group. She likes to care for her family and was even the surrogate mother to Abe and LuLu’s daughter, Annie. She showers attention on the other chimps, often grooming them one by one.
