The Houston Astros smiled for the camera Wednesday a few hours before taking on the Cardinals at Minute Maid Park.
They posed with dogs and cats from the Houston Humane Society for a 2012 calendar.
A few Astros brought their own pets -- and some two-legged family members -- along for the photo shoot.
Proceeds from the calendar benefit the Houston Humane Society. They will be available later this year.
