HOUSTON -- A two-legged dachshund mix who was surrendered to the Houston SPCA received a canine wheelchair Friday.
Doxy and her new family picked up her mobility cart from the Houston SPCA and posed for pictures.
A kind Houstonian provided the funds for the wheelchair, the SPCA said.
