Crime Stoppers offers reward for dog abuser

HOUSTON – Crime Stoppers and the Humane Society are offering a reward up to $10,000 for information leading to the arrest of a dog abuser.

The 3-month-old puppy was found beaten alive inside a sealed plastic container at C. E. King Road and Garrett Road in north Harris County.

The dog was so badly hurt it had to be put down.

The animal rescue group St. Francis Angels named the dog Belvedere. They are asking for justice in this case on their Facebook page.
