Celebrate the season this Saturday, December 18th at the Houston Zoo from 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.!
Enjoy holiday craft making and airbrush tattoos, while you sing along to seasonal songs with children’s performers Leah White and the Magic Mirrors – voted Nickelodeon’s “Parent’s Choice for Best Music/Entertainers 2009”. Musical concert begins at Noon.
Leah White, a Zoo member an Nickelodeon award winning Houstonian, composed and sang " Beautiful Day," the Houston Zoo's official theme song. "Beautiful Day” tells the story of Leah and her three children ages 6, 4 and 2 visiting the Houston Zoo on a beautiful day and learning all about the endangered species that call the Zoo home. The song's music video was shot here on grounds.
