BANDERA COUNTY,Texas -- The search is on for a monkey on the loose in Bandera County.

The Bandera County Sheriff's Office said the 2-foot-tall money was last spotted near Medina Lake.

The Capuchin monkey, named Obie, was one of five monkeys to escape from a home on Friday, deputies said. All have returned except for Obie.

Deputies said he is not considered dangerous.

Anyone who spots the monkey is encouraged to call the sheriff's office at (830) 796-3771.
