HOUSTON -- Some TxDOT workers found a dog trapped Monday 20-feet down inside a storm drain in northeast Houston.
The workers were inspecting the storm drain when they spotted the dog. They don’t know how long he had been there.
A Houston SPCA volunteer went down the hole and used ropes and a harness to pull the dog to safety.
They're hoping someone will come forward and claim him. In the meantime, the SPCA is calling him Lucky.
If he's is your dog you'll need a photo to prove it.
If no one claims him he'll go up for adoption.
