HOUSTON – Kids of all ages are flipping out over Houston’s newest attraction.

It’s called Sky Zone, and the whole place is a trampoline – even the walls.

"The concept is just a place where kids go and jump and have fun and do tricks and flips and be safe," owner Don Dean said.

It’s the first indoor trampoline park in the Bayou City. There are 12 others around the country.

Sky Zone hosts birthday parties for the kids, but it’s not all for youngsters.

Dean says he'll be offering Skyrobics for adults soon. Apparently, you can burn 1,000 calories if you jump for an hour.  Xenia Kulick, 22, said it's a serious workout.

"The last time I went trampolining my whole body hurt, it was my abs, my legs, my arms,” said Kulick. “I get out of breath in about five minutes.”

And if that doesn't do it for you, they also have basketball, dodgeball and a foam pit -- plenty of activities to make you hoppy -- er -- happy.

Sky Zone is open seven days a week, and prices range from $9 to $17.
