Join McDonald’s of Greater Houston, Ronald McDonald House Charities® of Greater Houston/Galveston and their friends for a FREE, community appreciation festival.
The festival is planned for Saturday, October 12, 2013, 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Fish Plaza in front of Wortham Theatre Center in downtown Houston, 501 Texas, 77002
Families will enjoy appearances from the Houston Astros, Dynamo, Rockets and Texans and entertainment from the Ronald McDonald Magic Show, Ensemble Theater, musicians, comedians and performers.
There will also be demonstrations by the Space Center Houston, Zumba and salsa instructors and safety information from the Houston Police and Fire Departments.
Through hands-on experiences, children are encouraged to explore the many possibilities in creating their future – what they can accomplish and who they can become. Creativity and passion are fostered through art, music, health, public service, athletics, vocations and philanthropy.
