LEAGUE CITY, Texas – League City residents were asked Monday night to monitor their water usage for 24 hours, but those restrictions have now been lifted.

The city has reopened the major supply line of water. The line was cut while crews worked on a pipeline project.

The water rationing was originally reported to last 24 hours, but workers finished earlier than expected.
