HOUSTON—There has been a lot of controversy lately about prostate cancer screenings. A government advisory panel recently recommended that doctors stop using the PSA test which screens healthy men for prostate cancer.
June kicks off Men’s Health Awareness month and one cancer survivor from Houston, Gabe Canales, and the Blue Cure Foundation has a message for everyone.
Their mission is the topic of a nationwide documentary about the anti-cancer lifestyle. It is scheduled to be released in 2013.
