GALVESTON – Kim Morgan was admiring the view from her Galveston condo Friday morning when she had to do a double take. She spotted a horse running west on Seawall Boulevard.
"Don’t see that very often. The horse was even running in the right direction of traffic," Morgan said.
She said drivers slowed down to avoid hitting the horse.
"A couple of cars gently cornered the horse as its owner chased behind with a rope," Morgan said.
The owner corralled his "sea horse" and led it back to its trailer.
