HOUSTON -- If you're like many people, you could use getting rid of a stubborn five pounds and tone it up a little.

Houston trainer Terry Williams has teamed up with Meteorologist Chita Johnson to help give you daily tips through the entire month of May. As part of Chita's Challenge, Terry will help Chita and three others lose five pounds in three weeks.

Tip 4) The average person burns about 100 calories per 1 mile jogged. How many calories can you burn?

In today's edition, Houston Texan Duane Brown also stopped by to offer up some tips of his own.
