THE WOODLANDS, Texas – It was a frustrating and frightening scene for parents who were trying to pick up their children from a day care south of The Woodlands.
Most vehicles couldn’t get to the day care because of high water on both sides of Glen Loch Drive.
Good Samaritans in high-profile vehicles came to the rescue. They picked up the kids and reunited them with their relieved parents.
