HOUSTON--The Beth Yeshurun Day School Parent-Teacher organization is gearing up for its 10th annual holiday shopping event on October 23-24.
This year’s Market, which is being held at 4525 Beechnut St., features nearly 100 vendors who will offer gifts that include everything from home décor and clothing to novelties and accessories.
The event kicks off with a Girl’s Night Out Preview Party on Tuesday, October 23 from 6 p.m.-9 p.m. For a $10 donation, ladies will be able to view the items up for sale and indulge in mini spa treatments like manicures and massages. Zadok Jewelers has donated 24 precious stones which will be hidden in a cake. If you buy a slice you’ll be able to hunt for the gems.
The Market continues on Wednesday, October 24 from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. The event is free of charge.
New this year, some of the money raised will go to help the Houston Food Bank.
"We are continuously looking for new and creative ways to support our school mission. The Market allows the PTO an opportunity to provide much needed resources to the school while supporting The Houston Food Bank and its important cause," said Beth Yeshurun Day School’s Head of School, Tom Elieff.
