It will be warm and cloudy on Tuesday with a 40 percent chance for rain and temperatures reaching the 80s, according to KHOU 11 Meteorologist Brooks Garner.

Garner says the rain chance will mainly begin this afternoon, with light showers, and heading into the overnight hours.

Starting early Wednesday morning, likely impacting your morning commute, there's a 100 percent rain chance. Some areas could get 4" of rain by Thursday.

Temperatures will remain warm this week in the 70s with overnight lows in the 60s.

We will get a glimpse of the sun again with partly cloudy skies starting Friday. A chance for scattered showers continues through the weekend but with cooler temperatures moving in by Sunday.
