Not long after being overtly recruited to play in Houston by Texans players DeAndre Hopkins and Tyrann Mathieu, free agent wide receiver Dez Bryant has followed several Texans on Instagram.
While it could very well be coincidental or deliberately deceptive, this is one way many in the media try and read the tea leaves to figure out where free agents will sign. Bryant was dumped by the Dallas Cowboys on Friday after owner Jerry Jones and the Dallas brass determined he was no longer worth the money or periodic headaches.
No word of any legit interest in Bryant from the Texans themselves has come out, but it seems Bryant is intrigued enough to follow along several players from one of his old team’s biggest rivals.
