As Tony Stewart counts down the final races of his Sprint Cup career, USA TODAY Sports takes a look at how the three-time champion has fared at each track as he visits them for the last time.

On Sunday, Stewart heads to Texas Motor Speedway, where he has two wins.

The future Hall of Famer missed the first eight races of the season while recovering from a broken back but won at Sonoma Raceway in June to put himself in contention for a Chase for the Sprint Cup berth. By finishing the regular season ranked 27th — clearing the hurdle to have a top-30 ranking after 26 races — Stewart assured himself the opportunity to race for a fourth championship.

Stewart, who entered NASCAR's playoffs as the No. 11 seed in his final year as a full-time driver, was eliminated from the Chase after a 13th-place finish at Dover International Speedway on Oct. 2.

Stewart's results by track are listed in order of the remaining 2016 schedule (through Homestead-Miami Speedway), followed by the tracks where he has run his last Cup event. Stewart has won at every current Cup venue except Kentucky Speedway and Darlington Raceway.
