AUSTIN -- The Texas Longhorns received an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament, announced Sunday.
Texas got in as a 10-seed and will face 7-seed Nevada in the South region. The first round game is slated for Friday in Nashville, Tennessee. If the Longhorns advance, they will face the winner of 2-seed Cincinnati and 15-seed Georgia State.
This will be the 18th appearance in the last 20 seasons for the Longhorns.
