HOUSTON - Political graffiti was spray-painted on the Berlin Wall Memorial at Rice University, according to a Rice Public Information Officer.
"Trump 16!" and "LOH" with two triangles were painted in blue across the already marked wall. The university said there was already graffiti on the piece of the Berlin Wall from when it was in West Berlin, Germany.
The piece of the Wall was given to the university in 1991.
There is no surveillance footage of the suspect vandalizing the wall.
The graffiti was reported Friday morning. The wall was covered until a professional art conservator had been consulted about removing the graffiti, said a Rice spokesperson.
