HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - A woman was killed in a hit-and-run in Spring on Tuesday evening, authorities say.
According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, the incident happened around 7:45 p.m. in the 17200 block of Red Oak Drive.
Upon arrival, deputies say a woman in her 30's was found in the middle of the road. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
Deputies say it appears at least three cars hit her, and all the drivers fled the scene.
Authorities plan to look at nearby surveillance video. The investigation is ongoing.
