AUSTIN -- It's official, Willie Nelson's 4th of July Picnic is returning this summer.

Presented by Budweiser, the 45th edition of the picnic is set to return to Circuit of The Americas for its fourth year. And this time, Willie's invited a star-studded list of friends -- and family.

This year's line up features performances from artists on two stages including Willie Nelson & Family, Sturgill Simpson, The Head and the Heart, Ryan Bingham, Edie Brickell & New Bohemians, Margo Price, Jamestown Revival, The Wild Feathers, Lukas Nelson & Promise of the Real, Asleep at the Wheel, Particle Kid, Johnny Bush, David Allan Coe, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Billy Joe Shaver, Folk Uke, and Raelyn Nelson Band.

In addition to the main Austin360 Amphitheater stage, the Grand Plaza stage will include nearby picnic tables where party goers can eat, drink and celebrate while watching their favorite artists perform. There will also be a shopping area featuring a variety of Texas-based vendors.

And, of course, this year's picnic will put on a spectacular fireworks display to commemorate the show and celebrate America's birthday.

Tickets cost $99.50 for the GA Pit Section and Reserved Seat Section in front of the stage, reserved bowl tickets are $69.50 to $99.50, and the H-E-B General Admission Lawn costs $42.50. There will also be a limited number of special VIP packages available for sale featuring premium tickets within the Austin360 Amphitheater, preferred parking, access to the Luck Lounge, which hosts a great view of the Plaza Stage, complimentary Anheuser-Busch offerings, and limited edition event T-shirts. Packages include two tickets and start at $399. All tickets will go on sale March 9 at 10 a.m. at ticketmaster.com, thecircuit.com, or by phone at 1-800-745-3000.

Standard parking lots at COTA open at 10 a.m. on July 4 and gates to the amphitheater open at 11 a.m. Standard parking is included in the price of the ticket. Premium parking, bus and RV parking, and campsites are also available at the time of ticket purchase.
