A second arrest has been made in an alleged murder outside a Dallas Medieval Times location earlier this week.

Javan Bush is believed to have been the getaway driver in the Oct. 30 murder near the entertainment venue on North Stemmons Freeway. Martha Teran was shot while trying to sell a cellphone in a transaction arranged on the website Offer Up.

Lonzell Hunter, the accused shooter, was arrested Wednesday.

According to an arrest affidavit, Bush is the owner of the white Infiniti vehicle seen driving away from the scene of the alleged murder. Phone records show he and Hunter were “together and in close proximity to the offense location” on Oct. 30. Police said Bush lied to police about his whereabouts at the time of the shooting.

Text messages also indicate Bush “wasn’t happy with the cut of money he was getting,” the affidavit states.

The victim’s daughter was able to provide police with details about the suspect they had obtained through the Offer Up app.

Investigators were able to link the Offer Up account to Hunter, and police say he matched the description given by the witness at the scene.

Hunter and Bush were each charged with capital murder and were being held in the Dallas County Jail in lieu of $500,000 bond.
