A day after a judge recommended Greg Kelley's child sexual assault conviction be overturned, Kelley celebrated with his longtime girlfriend in Cabo, Mexico by popping the question.

Kelley and Gaebri Anderson shared the news through a Facebook live on the GRK Foundation page just before 6:45 p.m. Tuesday.

Though not much can be heard in the video, it appears clear Anderson said yes because they embraced before family members on the beach.

Kelley was convicted in 2014 of sexually assaulting a 4-year-old boy at a Cedar Park day care. His conviction has been in question since earlier this year after prosecutors said a different suspect had been identified. Kelley has remained out of prison on bond since the summer.

Legal experts said the judge's recommendation to overturn Kelley's conviction puts him a step closer towards exoneration.
