CYPRESS, Texas - A father of triplets was shot and killed at a gun range in northwest Harris County in what appears to be a tragic accident.

According to the sheriff's office, a gun range employee was cleaning a hunting rifle when it went off. The bullet went through a wall and then a window, striking 36-year-old Joshua Cummings who was walking into the range.
