Two men were arrested Saturday in connection vandalism at Trump International Hotel and Federal Bureau of Investigation that occurred during the Million Mask March, Metropolitan Police said.
At around 11:15 a.m. on Saturday, police noticed that several buildings and public sidewalks in the area were vandalized with spray paint.
The Trump International Hotel in the 1100 block of Pennsylvania Avenue Northwest and the Federal Bureau of Investigation in the 900 block of Pennsylvania Avenue Northwest were both damaged.
Police also found a damaged MPD cruiser shortly thereafter.
Damage to government property in D.C.
A 27-year-old from Florida, Eric Roberts, was arrested and charged with defacing government property at the FBI building and for resisting arrest. Officers also confiscated several cans of spray paint and stencils.
A 35-year-old man from Louisiana named Danny Hamilton was arrested and charged with destruction of D.C. government property (the MPD cruiser) and resisting arrest.
