A Brazilian couple is now indicted for allegedly helping their daughter violate a custody order in Houston and take her son to Brazil.
KHOU 11 News has been following this case since 2013 as Chris Brann has been fighting the Brazilian court system to get his son back.
Brann’s wife and son are still in Brazil, but her parents were arrested when they traveled to Miami earlier this month.
They are not in Houston, charged with international parental kidnapping and conspiracy, accused of helping their daughter establish permanent residency in Brazil. They’re due back in court on Monday.
