HOUSTON - Officials are investigating after a body was found Thursday afternoon in Buffalo Bayou.
Harris County Pct. 1’s marine patrol discovered the body floating in the bayou near Hirsch and Jones Road.
Investigators believe they know who the person is and are working with the Medical Examiner to identify the man. An autopsy will determine how he died, though homicide investigators said they didn't find any obvious signs of trauma.
