Is the Hurricane Fur Wizard worth it?

We tested the Hurricane Fur Wizard. Here's what happened.

If you're a pet owner, you probably have some fur on you right now!

Before you reach for the lint roller, there's a brush called the Hurricane Fur Wizard that might be a game changer.

A viewer asked us about it so KHOU 11 put it to the test!

We went to the Morris’ house in Channelview. They have three big dogs and plenty of fur to go around.

Our testers were Kelly Morris and her son Benny Benefield Jr.

We played with the dogs and went out of our way to get furry!

Benny started rolling the Fur Wizard over his clothes and the brush pulled off the hair and lint.

'It's coming off really good,” said Benny.

Kelly tried the brush on reporter Tiffany Craig Kelly’s sweater and was impressed.

"It's working,” said Kelly. “I like it."

Our second test was a side-by-sides comparison with the Hurricane Fur Wizard and a lint roller.

Tiffany is old school rolling. Benny has the Fur Wizard! Then, they switched products and legs.

"We'll do the Stanky leg,” joked Benny.

Both methods got the fur off but there’s no tape ripping with the Fur Wizard.

You dip the brush in its self-cleaning base, it comes out like new and the base clip opens to let you dump the fur collection.

"Wow, that's all the hairs,” said Kelly.

“It got the job done,” said Benny. “It's all you can ask for."

At $20, the Hurricane Fur Wizard probably costs more than what you're using now but with an endless uses, Benny is sold!

"I feel like it's worth it,” he said.

The Hurricane Fur Wizard is available online. We picked ours up at Bed Bath and Beyond. The $20 package also comes with a travel size brush too.
