Deputies with Harris County Precinct 4 say a woman was intoxicated when she hit a man with her car, then crashed into a metal fence--all with her 8-year-old daughter in the front seat.
The little girl was hurt when she hit her head on the windshield, deputies said. The man was also injured but both are expected to be OK.
Deputies were called to the Parkside Place Apartments in the 6200 block of FM 2920, in northwest Harris County on March 19.
When they got to the complex, deputies say the suspect, 27-year-old Holly Kapchinski, appeared to be highly intoxicated.
They say she got into an argument with the man before hitting him with her car.
Precinct 4 deputies say Kapchinski has been charged with endangering a child and aggravated assault with a motor vehicle.
