HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - Three men have been charged with capital murder in the shooting death of a man during a robbery.

According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, Amir Yarbrough, Quincy Thomas and Tyre Hartley have been charged with capital murder.

Deputies say that the three men allegedly met with 29-year-old Marquiet Davis in the parking lot of a Carl's Jr. restaurant on Wallisville Rd. in east Harris County.

The Harris County Sheriff's Office says that Davis was alone in a car when Yarbrough and Thomas entered the vehicle. Yarbrough then allegedly shot the victim and Thomas grabbed a bag on the front seat of the vehicle. Deputies say they both ran to a white Nissan Sentra driven by Hartley and fled the scene.

Investigators say they were able to obtain evidence and eyewitness statements that placed all three men at the murder scene. 

All men are currently in the Harris County Sheriff's Office Detention Facility being held on no bond.
