KATY, Texas -- Authorities are seeking the public’s help in locating and identifying a suspect involved in an aggravated robbery at a CVS Pharmacy in Katy.
Officials say the suspect walked into the CVS at 3080 South Fry Road in Katy shortly after 7:30 p.m. March 6, scratching his right arm with his left hand. They say he approached the pharmacy drop-off window and asked the pharmacy technician for a bottle of Narco 10325 (Hydrocodone).
The technician asked if the man had a prescription, and he said, “I don’t need one,” before pulling up his shirt to display a gun in his waistband. Authorities say he took a bottle he was handed and left the store through the front door.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5-foot-10, 220 to 240 pounds, 30 to 40 years old with red facial hair. Authorities say he was wearing a camoflauge baseball hat, black Under Armour long-sleeved shirt, khaki shorts, white and blue tennis shoes and white latex gloves.
Anyone with information on this suspect is urged to contact the Harris County Constable Precinct 5’s Office at (281)-463-6666.
