SPRING, Texas - A man is in custody after his wife was found shot to death in Spring.
According to the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable's Office, authorities responded to the 2300 block of Kylie Court on Friday after receiving a call that a woman had been shot.
Deputy constables found 28-year-old Jessica Leos dead at the scene.
Her husband, 32-year-old Rafael Leos was arrested and taken into custody for murder, according to the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.
