HARRIS COUNTY, Texas- A homeowner shot at four suspects in an alleged attempted robbery in northeast Harris County late Friday night.

According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, deputies responded around 10:30 p.m. to an in progress call at a home located in the 18800 block of Remington Springs.

Upon arrival, HCSO says the homeowner told them four young adults approached him with a handgun and attempted to rob him. Deputies say the homeowner then pulled his own handgun and shot at the suspects.

The suspects fled on foot. The homeowner told deputies he believes he hit one of the suspects.

The investigation is ongoing.
