FRIENDSWOOD, Texas- An alleged drunk driver crashed into a ditch, killing one passenger, in Friendswood late Saturday night.

According to the Harris County Sheriff's Office, the accident happened around 11:30 a.m. when a 22-year-old driver was traveling north on Rex Road toward Beamer Road.

Investigators said the driver in a '92 Camero didn't stop at a stop sign, and the car traveled over Beamer Road and flipped after striking a ditch.

The driver and front-seat passenger were taken to the hospital. A back-seat passenger was killed.

HCSO said the driver was found to be intoxicated. He will likely face Intoxication Manslaughter charges.
