HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - Deputies with the Harris County Sheriff's Office captured a murder suspect at a Walmart in Spring.
According to HCSO, deputies responded to a shoplifting call in the 3400 block of FM 1960 W after employees stopped two men for alleged shoplifting.
The suspects were identified by police using a mobile fingerprint identification system. One of the suspects, 29-year-old Antoine Adams, was identified and deputies were alerted to numerous murder charges and a felony escape charge from Mississippi. Adams is also listed on the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Top 10 Most Wanted fugitives.
The second male shoplifting suspect, Freddie Reimonenq, 31, was taken into custody after giving deputies a false name.
According to deputies, Adams escaped from the Marshall County, Miss., detention facility on November 5, after being held there on murder charges in Mississippi, and two separate murder charges in Memphis, Tennessee.
Adams is currently awaiting extradition back to Marshall County.
