Computer models have been advertising a chance for some cold weather here in Houston around Christmas Day. But now, some models are also picking up on an upper level storm system that could track our way from California, just in time to create a winter mix across the state of Texas near December 25th. Too early to tell exactly how it will play out, but keep in mind that travel across parts of Texas may be impacted by rain, ice, sleet and snow between the 24th and 26th. Santa may actually need Rudolph this year!
