The cancer-stricken 3-year-old son of Michael Bublé and Luisana Lopilato is doing "well" following treatment in Los Angeles, says Lopilato in the latest update on little Noah's condition.

"Thank God, my son is well," the actress said, speaking at a press conference Monday in her native Argentina. She said in Spanish that Noah has a long recovery ahead of him and that the experience has made her value life more.

Lopilato, 29, was in Buenos Aires to help promote her new film, Those Who Love, Hate.

On Facebook and Instagram, she posted a heartfelt message of thanks to Argentines on Monday.

"Ever since I came to Argentina I keep receiving demonstrations of love that I get to the depths of the heart," she wrote. "I feel blessed and embraced by the amazing energy that I receive through the birthday wishes and the prayers of so many people. Today I want to dedicate a thank you from my heart to each of the people who gave me strength when I needed it most...Thanks for joining me in the pain, thank you for celebrating my happiness, thank you for being a part of my life."

The family last shared an update on Noah in February, when they said he was progressing well in his battle against the disease.

"The doctors are very optimistic about the future for our little boy. He has been brave throughout and we continue to be inspired by his courage. We thank God for the strength he has given all of us," Bublé, the Canadian-born torch singer, said then in a statement on his social media accounts.

The family announced Noah's cancer in November but didn't reveal what type of cancer he has or when he was diagnosed.

The couple also has another son, Elias, who turned 1 earlier this year.

Bublé is a Grammy-winning singer whose albums include Come Fly with Me and Caught in the Act.
