HOUSTON - One of the most crowd pleasing events at Rodeo Houston is the Mutton Bustin competition.
It features tiny tykes riding bareback on a sheep holding on with everything they have, trying to make it to the end of the arena without falling off.
If your little one would like to try mutton busting, they can do so at the practice arena on the grounds of NRG Park near the carnival area.
If they would like to ride in NRG Stadium during next year's rodeo, they must enter a lottery that opens in October. Every year more than 3,000 children apply and only about 300 are selected at random.
