The Houston area has various Earth Day events for the community to celebrate mother nature and appreciate the planet.
Earth Day is celebrated worldwide on April 22.

Bayou Bash at Buffalo Bayou Park
- Enjoy crawfish, music, views and brews on Earth Day at the 2017 Bayou Bash on Buffalo Bayou. The fundraiser hopes to raise money to improve Buffalo Bayou and provide more resources for the surrounding community.

Party for the Planet at the Downtown Aquarium
- Pack up the kids and head downtown for an Earth Day celebration at the Downtown Aquarium. There will be a scavenger hunt and fish feedings.

Party for the Planet at the Houston Zoo

Free Document Shredding at Memorial City Mall
