Tiffany Craig

Tiffany Craig is a national award-winning reporter at KHOU 11 News in Houston, Texas, specializing in Consumer Advocacy reporting. Tiffany loves helping Houstonians with frustrating consumer problems and won a 2017 Lone Star Emmy for her reports called “Tell Tiffany.”

Tiffany was born in the Highlands of Scotland and lived across the globe before coming to Houston. She graduated from North Shore High School on the Eastside and went on to earn a degree in Radio/Television/Film at Sam Houston State University.

Tiffany has many memorable stories in nearly two decades in television. While working in Alabama, Tiffany was chosen for a month-long assignment with an Army Reserve Unit in Kuwait and Iraq. She was embedded with the 375th Transportation Group. Tiffany also won a national Edward R. Murrow Award for her special reports in Europe about the fierce fight for the Air Force refueling tanker contract. Tiffany has years of hurricane coverage experience as well. She was in the eye of Hurricane Ivan in 2004, along the Gulf Coast for Katrina in 2005 and in Humble and Kingwood during Harvey.

Tiffany’s current role at KHOU 11 is by far the most rewarding. She considers no consumer problem too small and encourages unhappy customers to get in touch with her.

In addition to advocacy issues, Tiffany also has a weekly product testing segment called “Worth It.” She recently launched a YouTube channel showcasing her team’s work and is always looking for new product ideas.
